Dear Sir, we are deeply saddened with how things tuned out unexpectedly. However, please know that the watch was reserved to you for days even its beyond our company policy to reserve a watch without payment especially without chrono24 confirmation; until today it never shows "paid" on our end. Moreover, Girard Perregaux, these special models are being sold out easy and fast in the market. Its been days that we are communicating about the payment but even chrono24 taking time to confirmed your payment. Again, we are very sorry and we look forward to a successful working relationship in the future.

However, the watch is in stock but it does not come with Arabic Numeral Dial as per advertised which is a technical issue. We look forward to providing a much better experience in the future.

We ordered another piece specifically for you however supplier unable to provide an exact time when we will receive it as you know that these watches are hard to find in the market, and we offered another models which is very near to what you ordered for your convenience thinking you might find something that might interests you. Thank you for your review. First of all, all the prices of the watches are changing over time; All buyers from all over the world knows these facts. Secondly, I love to send the watch completely with the strap but this is prohibited by the US customs. Please know that we are just but following the rules and regulations set by the US customs.
