The watch was misrepresented as to condition. It was advertised as ' new '. It arrived in what i would consider ' used ' The strap exhibited elongated buckle holes. The sides of the case had small blemishes. The case lugs were rough and dented from someones careless use of a springbar tool. Overall unclean impression. The dealer was not apologetic. Fortunately, my photos were telling. I appreciate Chrono 24 help and fascilitation in returning the watch.
