I tried to buy a watch from this dealer but was told someone else had expressed an interest several days earlier. If that were the case, I do not understand why the watch was still available on Chrono24. If still available, then they should have let me buy the watch. Now, it seemed as if they took my indication of interest and shopped it around even though I indicated a willingness to pay the full price without any negotiation.

Hello, Sir this is really an un-fair comment from you, since in the messages you expressed your understanding and appreciated that we serve on " who arrives first " basis. We actually served who arrived first, we understand your frustration since the price of this piece was really good. We definitely did not shop it around as you say.

I was sold a faulty Pelagos. No blame at all with the seller - they have accepted the return and, following the return to Tudor and their acceptance that the watch was faulty, have authorised the full refund. Yehia at the shop was extremely helpful via email and phone. Altogether a bad experience but the dealer accepted that the watch was faulty and acted quickly. I will return to Taleda again ....
