Communication is on average, maybe it is due to time difference. However, this rating is based on my own experience and bad luck, maybe. Ordered and made payment for the posted watch (new), but was told that it was mistakenly sold. Therefore offered with same watch model but different bracelet in all, but due to defects seen (by myself) via picture in message, decided to withdraw and asked for refund. And got refund, after 1 week.

Because we offer the best prices on factory fresh product with full warranty, I am sure you understand (and as we explained to you prior to palcing the order) that we have to list watches across a multitude of platforms and that in rare instances, a watch can sell out before we are able to deactivate a listing. Unfortunately, Chrono24 handles all the payments and we have no influence on the speed of processing a refund. We agree that a refund taking one full week is very frustrating. That is why we offer othe buying options with instant refund. We hope to be able to assist sometimes in the near future to showcase our excellent customer service.

Took along time to hear back from the vender . They showed the watch in stock and I purchased it . They then cancelled the order as they didnt have the watch . No I have to wait 10 days to see if Chrono24 refunded my payment . Chrono 24 states they have returned the money but it's not showing up on my visa and I contacted visa 4 days after they stated the refund was sent but visa can not see it . More unhappy with Chrono 24 than the vender and that is why i recommended the vender .

Since we are selling on Chrono24 and other platforms, including our own online store, we can sometimes be overrun if a larger bulk order is placed before we can update inventories across platforms. Sadly I put in my order and the item was sold to someone else. They had to do a cancellation of sale and waiting for my refund from Chrono now.ic up happens but it was especially disappointing due to the nature of how long I have been looking to ad this watch to my collection. Regardless mix experience all around.
