L’expéditeur n’a pas renseigné la bonne adresse j’ai donc été livré à 9h de route de chez moi . Chez donc moi même dû appeler le service de livraison pour rediriger le colis ce qui m’a couté 2 semaine de retard et 50h d’appel surtaxé…

Did not succeed to get rely from dealer. Watch arrived after some time, but in perfect condition and price was a good level.

After an initial great communication with the seller. There was a problem where either he put the wrong address or UPS delivered the package to the wrong address (country) I contacted him and he said he would look into it and then basically never heard back from him. Dissapointing and not great customer service. Managed to sort a delivery out myself with help from the person that received the watch instead of me I can’t complain about the watch or packaging as they are both perfect just a shame about delivery

Forsendelsen var "strandet" i Malmö i en uge. Jeg kontaktede DHL, der sagde det var afsenderen, der skulle kontakte dem. Jeg kontaktede afsender, der desværre ikke svarede på min henvendelse. Men varen dukkede op. Desværre blev den leveret hos naboen, der dog heldigvis kom ind med pakken til mig. Det er jo ikke sælgers skyld. Men DHL får heller ikke de bedste anmeldelser på Trustpilot. Men varen var godt og forsvarligt pakket ind, prisen var god og varen svarede til det forventede.

Non mi è piaciuto dover ritirare il pacco di persona presso UPS point, nonostante abbia informato tramite Chrono 24 il commerciante che per esigenze lavorative ho dovuto cambiare indirizzo di consegna quando ancora il pacco non era stato spedito. Nonostante questo problema mi sento comunque di consigliare il venditore che ha rispettato i tempi di consegna e l'orologio è come in descrizione.

Attesa di spedizione lunga. Era un regalo di compleanno e stato avvistato anche chono24 ma purtroppo il regalo e stato posticipato di circa una settimana dopo.

J'ai reçu une montre avec cadran noir, avec reflets de couleur " bleue marine " , idem pour la lunette tournante . Très bon produit vertes , mais pas conforme à mes attentes. Je voulais une cadran de couleur bleue , avec une lunette tournante de même couleur . Si j'avais vu cette montre , je ne l'aurais pas achetée.

Consiglio questo commerciante per i prezzi bassi che fa, ho preso uno spinnaker hull diver a 250€ comprese le spese di spedizione, introvabile a questo prezzo ma la comunicazione è stata un po' lenta, forse colpa anche della festività svedese, ma la peggior cosa è stata la spedizione con DHL, il peggiore corriere di sempre, 14 giorni di attesa per un orologio spedito dalla Svezia , troppi ..nemmeno fosse stato spedito dall'Australia o dagli USA.

L’orologio è conforme alla descrizione ed il prezzo ottimo, tuttavia il comportamento del venditore è stato tutt’altro che professionale: a seguito di un ritardo importante sulla data di consegna prevista, mi sono rivolto al commerciante, il quale non ha risposto a nessun mio messaggio e nemmeno a nessuna sollecitazione da parte dello stesso chrono24. In definitiva posso considerami soddisfatto dell’articolo acquistato, ma considero una gravissima mancanza quella del venditore, che denota scarsa interessa verso l’acquirente ed una mancanza enorme di professionalità.

Förvisso klockan kom oskadd och den fungerar mer än väl, mycket bra pris för en Orient Mako II. Dock allt annat runt om kring funkar dåligt, eller bättre sagt fungerar inte alls, jag kommer nog inte att göra mer köp i framtiden på detta stället den saken är säker, först och främst olika priser på annonssida och vid kassan och ber man om förklaringen varför är det så då får man inga svar, mycket dålig (klockan kostade på annons sida 1.200:- dock vid kassan: 1260:- antagligen det är INTE fraktfritt som de skriver i sin annons), obefintlig kontakt med säljaren, varken via mejlet eller telefon, mycket nonchalant attityd. Finns en telefon nummer till detta stället som ska finnas i Göteborg och när man ringer då möts man av en entonig röst i fasonen: "lämna meddelande" fast ingen ringer tillbaka, vad är det för vits att uppge tel. nummer över huvud taget?. Paketeringen är en annan saga för sig, jag menar året är 2022 finns gått om bubbelplast att användas av i samband med att skydda andra människors grejer, man slår inte in klockan med "tidningar". Der Versand hat sehr lange gedauert, die Uhr war auf Nachfrage beim Händler aufgrund einer Lagerdifferenz leider nicht sofort lieferbar, obwohl die Uhr per grünem Punkt als verfügbar angezeigt wurde. Bei Chrono 24 wurde die Uhr auch nach meinem Kauf permanent Grün angezeigt. Bis die Uhr tatsächlich nach Erstellung des DHL Versandtickets auf den Weg gebracht wurde, vergingen ebenfalls wieder mehrere Tage. Das war nicht gut. Die Uhr an sich kam bei mir unbeschädigt an. Allerdings fehlte die Anleitung und die Garantiepapiere waren auch nicht im Karton vorhanden. Insgesamt also enttäuschend.

The communication with the dealer was good leading up to the sale but after purchase when I was inquiring about eta of delivery of the watch it was non existent and had to reach out to Chrono24 for information. The watch is great but didn't come with the wooden presentation box as in the pictures and received a cardboard one instead, probably wouldn't deal with them again if there were other options.

Orologio come da foto consegna buona ma con un giorno di ritardo (nessuna colpa del commerciante). Comunicazione pessima.

Délais de livraison non respectés. La montre est neuve, l'emballage est neuf, mais il n'y a pas les papiers d'origine.
