The watch is exactly as was described and shown in the pictures but the manual is from a different watch. The delivery guy didn’t even come to my door he just dropped the ‘not at home card’ in the letterbox. Very minor things really and nothing the seller can do about delivery guy.

Omega Triple Date Feedback 3523.80 The seller responds quickly and has good reviews, but my overall experience had a few concerns. When asked if the watch would fit a 7-1/2 inch (19.05cm) wrist, the sellers response stated it would fit 19.50cm wrist. After watch was received, I needed to purchase 2 links from Omega to fit my 7-1/2 inch wrist. Chrono24 Mediation with seller produced a credit to cover the cost of 2 links. When Omega installed the 2 links, they noticed an incorrect spring bar was bent and jammed into one of the links with a piece of solder. The watch posting indicated shipping would be by EMS, which is a buyers preference for int’l shipping, but package was shipped by FedEx which always gets held up in Customs. The good news is the watch arrived in 4 days from Tokyo to Florida. This watch was advertised as overhauled in May, 2021. Seconds per day advertised as +1 to +2. A certified watchmaker confirmed +3 to +6 seconds per day. Movement looked good, but didn’t look “overhauled” as advertised. Please note that this seller does not consider returns. I am not sure if that is for all sales or just international sales.

Dealer was excellent to work with. However, I was very particular in buying an unpolished/un repaired case. It was my fault for not requesting additional photos. There were minor repairs performed to my purchase that the vendor pictures did not detail. However, Dealer personally disclosed to me that this piece as un polished condition. The box had major water damage which also wasn’t brought forward. This is an older model, I remain happy overall with my purchase.

The watch was labelled as serviced and in perfect working condition but there is an issue with the hand wind which will need to be addressed by an authorised dealer. After consulting with the seller on best next steps as the watch is not functioning as described i was told it is likely tired from a long journey to treat the watch gently.

Die Omega Speedmaster entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos des Verkäufers. Der Originalkarton und die Bedienungsanleitung (Operasting Instructions) sind in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
