The description stated unworn, however the watch was in a used condition with a very small, yet present scratch on the case. I’m happy with the watch and would have bought it in a used condition, but was sold as unworn.

They are very serious, reliable and fast. I would just like to add that please do not ship via DHL, they are very expensive and you cannot know how much it will cost until you have to pay. I recommend you do it through FedEx, it doesn't charge anything and they are very safe and serious.

Item as described and shipped in timely manner. Shipping details did not reflect what I provided on the sale and the consignment ended up in a different area creating delays. I’m happy with the item however I would recommend the seller pay attention to delivery details in future. And if unsure, seller should contact buyer.

All in all a great dealer, I would definitely buy from them again. There was a slight issue with the description on the condition of the watch, but this was rectified straight away and I kept the watch. Great communication throughout.

Watch arrived well-packed and in great condition as described, with all accessories and paperwork as promised. Very happy with the watch and the purchase overall. Note: If you are an *international/overseas buyer*, they **do not honor** their "6 month warranty" they say is included in the listing. I was told this after I'd submitted my payment, and was told they wouldn't offer a price adjustment in lieu of a warranty. So just be aware of that as nothing was mentioned in the listing that the warranty was not included for international buyers.

Honesty in timepiece description, reasonable price. I had problems with shipping courier…but not supplier fault. I recommend this dealer , but not shipping courier.

Vendeur très courtois et diligent. Bref un professionnalisme accompagnant très agréable et efficace…je recommande ! (Nombreuses photos et deux vidéo) Seul bémol, le service UPS déliquescent dès l’arrivée du colis à Genève, avec un service lamentable (fonction du suivi et informatique médiocre). Nota : Pour vos vendeurs ne connaissant pas l’année de production et la durée de la garantie d’usine de la montre, il suffit de contacter l’usine par courriel !

Shipping was 2-day via UPS, even though it was offered for free and I didn’t request expedited shipping. Signature was required to receive. Packaging was extremely protective. Item arrived as described in the listing. My only issue with this order is that the dealer shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. Luckily, I was able to pick up the package from my billing address in a reasonable amount of time.

The watch was excellent. But you sould transelate all the japanese words into english befour you buy. The bracelet was inly 16,5 cm.. so it was too small for me. I needed to order extra links at my lokal retailer.

Initial communication was not good as there was a poor response after checkout. After raising the issue to Chrono24 it was resolved and communication was smooth from then on. Watch itself was as stated and there were no issues on quality/authenticity/validity of warranty with the brand.
