Taleda cancelled transaction. Zero communication other than, “Reason: Item already purchased”. No further explanation or apology. SOUNDS MORE LIKE THEY PRICED IT TOO LOW SO THEY CANCELLED TRANSACTION… Very disappointed, and I think Chrono24 should really look further into these types of scenarios.

Item listed on website, I purchased item, seller canceled sale. It took weeks for my money to be refunded.

Very poor communication. Deal was cancelled because of lack of response from the dealer.

Über die ganze Transaktion will ich nicht viel Worte verlieren, da das Verhalten unterirdisch war. So ein Verkäuferverhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Very innefficient communication and after 2 weeks I had neither received the watch nor an explanation or excuse. I felt it was a waste of time

Did me totally wrong, all wat h collectors has a passion. I understand dealers has to make their money also. But if u grant your buyer a purchase which I have 3 days to buy. My first mistake my credit card company wouldn't allow at first because of out the country purchase. I text him soon I seen the delay so that we are on the same page, next thing i know sorry we sold it. Yes they had at a good price. But if u can't stand on tour word u worth nothing as a salesman. This means you're just a salesmen. But cool, tall get a negative 5 star in my eye. Thank you

The watch was never delivered. The merchant never helped me to talk with the delivery company. He was no help at all. I discourages business with him.

Listed and sold a watch they had reserved for someone else. Offered a non specific discount on any other watch they may or may not have. I inquired first about the amount of discount then about the discount on a specific watch. They never returned my message. No response. Then three days later I still find the watch I purchased which was not available is still listed for sale so someone else can buy the watch that is not available. I like the service offered by Chrono24 but I am 0 for 2 with the dealers I have done business with.

Uhr wurde während meiner Zahlungsabwicklung jemandem anderen aus dem Laden verkauft Teurere Uhr wurde dann angeboten- unseriös und eigentlich Vertragsbruch- nicht zu empfehlen

Leider habe ich eine Uhr bei Taleda gekauft, welche angeblich seit zwei Jahren verkauft ist. es sei ein system Fehler. Da ich die Uhr jemandem anderen versprochen habe, buchte ich einen Flug den ich dann nicht antreten konnte, da Taleda die Uhr nicht hatte. Obschon ich dort schon mehrmals etwas gekauft habe, erhielt ich lediglich eine agressive Antwort. Schade! Wenig seriös!!

The seller took two days to cancel the transaction without explanation. When I sent a message the explanation I received was that somebody purchased the watch in their store the same day it was listed on Chrono24. Very poor service and not a seller that I could recommend to others.

Placed order and paid for shipping. Had to pay additional £85 in tax which I didn’t expect. Item was incorrect size. Have contacted seller over a week ago and had no response so far. I’m now £250 down with an item I cannot use and no response from the seller.

They described a pre owned watch as brand new It had been bought two years ago I would never buy from these again
