I wanted to buy a Breitling from this seller. I contacted him and he told me that there was no problem sending the watch to Switzerland. But he requires a direct payment on his account without going through the third party account or a credit card, so no guarantee as to the shipment or the condition of the watch. The seller was very rude, almost impolite, not trying to find a solution. After buying many watches on Chrono 24 without any problems, it turns out to be the worst seller I have ever dealt with.

Worst experience ever !!!!! I received my watch and the chronograph and split minute were not functioning I messaged them within an hour of delivery . Instantly they were claiming the watch was functioning and hinting that I had something to do with it , the person I dealt with from this company is rude , patronizing , condescending and a liar they said to return it under warranty at my expense, so I sent it to Iwc where I live to find the issue so when I send it back to them they can't lie and make out I had touched it . I asked swiss time buyers and was told directly that the watch had been serviced by their watch maker which is a lie as iwc watchmakers on opening the watch said there was no oil in the watch ,it was bone dry that's why the chrono and split minute wouldn't work and that there was no record of the watch being serviced by iwc since the watches manufacture in 2007 . Needless to say I'm getting it serviced by iwc at my expense as I'm not dealing with these dodgy liars at swiss time buyers BUYER BEWARE also their response to my review will try to cover their backside but again it will be lies!!!!!!
