Thank you for purchasing this watch. However, You have some misunderstandings. First of all, I posted all the photos of the scratches on the listing without hiding them. You asked me for more photos to check the condition of this watch before buying it. Second, I think the purchasing policy applies primarily to purchases against false ads. I posted it in the listing as it is, and it hasn't been pointed out by Chrono24. Nevertheless, I gave you a 20,000 yen discount to contribute to you. I'm sad about your evaluation.

Thank you for purchasing this watch. I have sent you a message directly, but I will tell you again. I trade according to the listing in principle. Customers usually tell me various requests for it. You negotiated the price as well, didn't you? However, there was no request to select a delivery company. You cannot negotiate after your payment. I think that is the part you misunderstood. It's up to you how you feel. I accept your evaluation. But in principle I trade as written in the listing. It is, and always is, true and unchanging.

I have bought and sold quite a few watches on chrono24 and to date, this has been my worst experience. The watch was advertised as “completely overhauled”. When the watch arrived, it was in good overall condition but the movement was very inaccurate, losing more than one minute per day (!). When I raised this to the seller, his answer was that if accuracy was important to me, I should have asked the question before buying. This answer left me speechless and I escalated the matter with chrono24, which handled the situation very well and offered a partial refund, which I will use to partly fund a service at Omega. Thanks again chrono24.

I mentioned in the listing that I heard from the previous owner that I overhauled it about two years ago. I also sent the photo at that time to you at a later date. You didn't tell me your own strict purchasing criteria before you bought. I would have told you the day difference if I had heard your question in advance. As a result, I think this transaction was prevented.

A bad buying experience: the dealer describes the watch as in good condition, with only slight scratches. When receiving it, the scratches turned out to be not slight at all. The accuracy displayed by the dealer also turned out to be completely inaccurate. On top of all that, the dealer goes against the buying policy of Chrono24, which comes with the possibility of returning the watch, and refuses to take it back, even during the 14 days provided for this purpose. I don’t recommend this dealer.
