Apparently not for the first time (see other reviews), this retailer failed to keep his inventory up to date. This is really not a difficult job to do, but essential for a trustworthy trader.

Successfully ordered a Spinnaker Dumas Sahara as advertised by the dealer. Waited 4 days before being told the watch was unavailable and I would be refunded. The watch should not have been advertised by the dealer.

Ångrade mitt köp och returnerade klockan. Säljaren har inte bråttom att se till återbetalningen sker så snart som möjligt. Var beredd att vänta längsta möjliga tid vid återbetalning. Klockan skulle vara en limited edition, men kom utan orginal låda.

Date d’envoi demandée au vendeur: non respecté Logos différents sur la montre par rapport aux photos. Pas de papiers dans la boîte. Explications demandées : le vendeur me renvoie vers le site internet de Spinnaker qui m’ont aidé.

Fast klockan fanns i lagret när jag beställde och betalade,då var den slut. Jag fick ingen meddelande att det kommer ta längre än 5 dagar.( Leverans 3 till 5 dagar).De hade glömd bort min beställning,efter 2 veckor utan kontakt, mejlade jag med Oder nummer osv o frågade var er min klocka. Jag fick svar att det var slut i lagret o en leverans skulle kommer senare samma dag. Jag fick min klocka 1 dag efter jag mejlade.Riktig dålig service,känns som om jag hade inte mejlade med order nummer o klagade,då hade jag aldrig fått min klocka

Très mécontent J’ai bien reçu la montre mais pas les papiers ni la garantie.. De plus la montre n’était pas en stock ..d’où attente ..j’aurais dû acheter cette même montre à un particulier qui la vendait moins chère mais qui disposait de la garantie et des papiers .... À fuir

Para empezar el vendedor vendía un reloj que no tenía en existencia, pasaban días para que contestara acerca de la situación del reloj y al final, (casi 1 mes después) nunca lo consiguió, en general muy mala experiencia y jamas volveria a comprarle a este vendedor. To begin with, the seller sold a watch that he did not have in stock, it took days for him to answer about the situation of the watch and in the end, (almost 1 month later) he never got it, generally very bad experience and he would never buy from this seller.

L'orologio è arrivato con lunetta non allineata. Ho chiesto la sostituzione del prodotto ma non mi ha risposto alle email!! Pessimo.

Received the watch and the quality is definitely very bad. Since day 1 I have noise from the rotation on the back side and now it's not working properly and that causes watch to stop.

The watch was a gift so i asked the seller if was possible ship the package just in time for the birthday date. The seller confirmed that the watch would be shipped 3 days before the date requested so i performed the purchase. After i buy it the seller choosed an economy shipment that would take 5-6 days for arriving. I think the seller, when i asked, lied just for sell the watch. I don't trust this seller. Maybe if he had been honest i would have bought it anyway, but he made a promise knowing in advance that will not be possible. Poor package with no padding material at all, just the box.

Ho formulato un'offerta per l'orologio a 400€ accettata. Poi peró mi avvisano col messaggio che il prezzo era di 600€. Mi spiace
