Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase from Watch Philosophy. The watch I received is of high quality, good value, and met my expectations. However, there were some minor delays in shipping, and this was not communicated with me, hence the four-star rating. Nonetheless, the watch arrived well-packaged and in good condition. I would still recommend buying from this dealer.

Shipping address and the billing address was same but the shipper put a wrong name and correct address. It made us suffer a little. Rest all was fine

Communication was great, typically responds to messages within a day. Was transparent about timing and delays, pleasant to communicate with. Only negative I have was the latch on the box the watch came with was broken when it arrived. When I inquired about this, I did not get a response (still haven’t). Otherwise I’d highly recommend as the watch itself is the most important part, would be nice to have a working box to go with it though.

Watch arrived after a lengthy delay. I didn't like it so asked to return it but have heard nothing from the seller after almost a week, so it has been necessary to raise the matter with Chrono24.

The watch I ordered was for a birthday and therefore I needed it to arrive before a certain date and when I ordered the watch the delivery date shown meant the watch would arrive in time. However, when I placed the order the delivery date moved to a time which would have been too late, hence the cancellation

Overall, I am happy with the purchase from the dealer and would definitely use them again. I would ask that they review how frequently they communicate to their customers. I paid for the watch and didn't get a confirmation message or acknowledgement of payment. I then messaged them to confirm they were aware of my payment and could they go ahead and source the watch. I had no response. I rang them a few days later after hearing nothing and they were pleasant and helpful. They missed the deadline in fulfilling the watch and I heard nothing again so chased and they informed me they had contacted all of their customers around delays, I had no contact. The watch was dispatched a few days after.
