This was my first transaction dealing with a direct payment without escrow and although a bit uneasy and risky it came out ok. The biggest hiccup was dealing with shipping because the seller did not fill out the proper customs forms but to my surprise they were good communicating with me and DHL and eventually got it done. I do recommend this seller.

Very responsive dealer in communication. Addressed all may queries and request (ie more detail photographs of the watch). Ship out the watch the next day after payment made via DHL. tracking of shipment. Buy with confidence, I’m glad I purchase from this dealer. Will deal again very soon.

We had an issue where the bracelet being altered was not disclosed in the ad and it arrived significantly shortened. With some back and forth we came to an amicable resolution where they paid a portion of the cost for the links we need which are expensive on an Omega. The watch itself is very good.

Strap 2cm shorter than announced. Difficult custom process due to the lack of Chrono24 certificate (payment through Paypal).

Good communications, but wish dealer would have disclosed that the Rolex reference # was scratched thru on the case. Now it makes it difficult to resell the watch.

Watch was listed as having an 8 inch band. When the watch arrived, it was actually 7 inches. They promptly mailed me the missing links and all was made well. Other than that, it was exactly as described. Would recommend, and would buy from again.

Probably the best buying experience I have had on Chrono24. This was an excellent example of customer service from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a service just after my purchase which I have never had from any other dealer. I also had a minor problem with the bracelet size when it arrived; the seller immediately rectified this paying for me to have 2 additional links from a Rolex boutique. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences I I’ve bet had buying a luxury watch. You should not hesitate if you see something you like with them.

Watch was as described by the dealer. As with my previous purchase from them, it was in excellent condition for a pre owned piece, Box and papers all in very good condition. There was an issue with FedEx (UK) which was less than acceptable but this was not the fault of the dealer. The dealer did help me to get things moving from their end even though the watch was stuck at a FedEx UK location. FedEx were very poor. The dealer is/was very good. I would certainly buy another watch from them.
